Terms & conditions

Sign-Up.to provide our Permission Marketing API to enable developers to integrate Sign-Up.to with other services and extend our functionality. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to work with us, but we also have to protect our systems and our users.

Your API usage must comply with these terms and conditions in addition to our standard terms of service, privacy and anti-spam policies.

General usage

Sign-Up.to is a permission marketing platform. We require all usage to be compliant with our anti-spam policy. Failure to comply with this will result in termination of your API access without notice, in order to maintain the integrity of our service. The decision on whether activity is in breach of our anti-spam guidelines rests solely with Sign-Up.to.

Access and privacy

You must only access our API using methods and authentication procedures documented in our documentation at dev.sign-up.to. You will respect the privacy of our users and their data, and you will display and adhere to an appropriate privacy policy for your integration.

Rate limiting

In order to maintain a suitable standard of service for all our customers, we reserve the right to rate limit requests to our API. If you would like to request consideration for an increase in your limit, please contact us with details at support@sign-up.to.

Handle errors gracefully

This is the Internet, things do occasionally break. We try our hardest, but it’s unavoidable. Please make sure that you code your integrations to handle outages, errors and other failures gracefully.
